The international festival was held in South Korea for the purpose to develop the strategy of advertising campaign to promote medical services of South Korea in other countries of the world. The leading experts in advertising were on the list of jury of competition. The chairman of jury was the Sc. D. professor Shin (In Sup Shin) who is the leading expert in advertising and public relations in the countries of Asia, the founder of modern advertising industry in South Korea.
